Toronto-born, legendary actor, Christopher Plummer has died at the age of 91. While the actor starred in dozens of films over the years, he’s perhaps most well-known for his portrayal of Captain von Trapp in the 1965 award-winning film The Sound of Music, which tells the story of a governess (Julie Andrews) who leaves her Austrian covent to care for the von Trapp children.
