This information will be used for the programs our invited guests will receive for the Actor Presentations.
If you do not have a headshot, that's OK - just upload a flattering photo of yourself that's framed from your shoulders up.
If you're planning to have new headshots done before May 6, please do NOT wait to fill this out: Instead, upload your current headshot or photo for now -- then send us the new headshot as soon as you have it completed, ideally no later than May 1st.
